APPLICATION
Pervaporation membrane technology was pro-posed for production of alcohol-free wine and grape spirit. The 1st-stage system can effectively separate the pigments, tannins and residual sugars in wine from alcohol-soluble aroma components, while the 2st-stage system can further concentrate the aroma components and the ethanol. Both the alcohol-free wine and the grape spirit can meet the quality requirements of the winery.
